Who we are

Webprowale ("we", "us") provides an AI agent platform and Content Studio at app.webprowale.com, and custom software and AI development services. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms.

Online orders and subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe, and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions by team members you invite.

Subscriptions and billing

Platform and Content Studio plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices and plan limits are shown in your workspace before you pay. Taxes are added where required.

You can cancel anytime from Billing in your workspace. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy.

If a payment fails, Paddle retries it and we may limit paid features until the balance is settled. We give at least 30 days notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.

Custom development projects

Custom builds are governed by the proposal you accept, including scope, price, payment schedule, and timeline. Where a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins for that project. You own the code we deliver once it is paid for in full.

Content Studio

Content Studio reads the public website you provide (or the business description you write), takes screenshots, and uses your brand kit to create videos. Only add brands you own or are authorized to represent. We may ask you to verify website ownership and may pause brands that appear to impersonate others.

You choose what to publish. Review every video before you post it, including the facts, claims, and voiceover. You are responsible for videos you publish and for any music, logos, or images you upload, so only upload material you have the rights to use.

Voiceovers and music are generated by our AI audio provider. Subject to these terms and the rights of third parties in material you upload, you own the videos you export and may use them commercially, including in paid ads.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services to break the law, infringe intellectual property, impersonate people or businesses, mislead or defraud anyone, send spam, harass others, create sexual content involving minors, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.

We may suspend or remove content, agents, or accounts that violate these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of everything you add, including knowledge, brand kits, uploads, and conversations. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the services for you. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. You can export or delete your data from your workspace.

AI output

AI agents and AI-generated content can make mistakes. Review important answers and published content, and keep a human in the loop for decisions that matter to your customers. Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms we will notify account owners by email before they take effect.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the services are provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data.

Ending your use

You can close your account at any time from your workspace settings. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership and liability, continue after your account ends.
