What we collect

When you reserve a project call, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, your project description, budget range, and timeline.

To understand how people find us, our site also records basic visit information in your own browser: the first page you landed on, the site that referred you (for example a search engine), campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source), and the page you booked from. This is sent to us only when you submit a reservation.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare for and hold the project call, send you a proposal, and improve how we market our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Scheduling with Cal.com

Call booking is handled by Cal.com, which processes your name, email, chosen time, and the notes you submit in order to create the booking and send calendar invites. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

Browser storage

Visit attribution is stored in your browser's local storage under the key "wpw_attribution". You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. The site works normally without it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@webprowale.com. We respond within 30 days.
